![]() ![]() I finally reached someone the following week and they told me my appointment had been cancelled due to failure to make the deposit. I called 7x that week and it went to voicemail. This seemed a little sketchy so I told them I would call the main number for Greenwood and make the payment. I told them I preferred to pay online and they said they only took payment over the phone. A few later I got a phone call from a different area code saying I owed a deposit. Nowhere during our conversation or the online booking deposit was there mention of a required deposit. I organized family to travel in to be here for it and booked the date online. That person advised coming anytime after 20 weeks. I originally called to book an appointment and have my questions answered. Great atmosphere and amazing to see baby in 3D but painfully bad organization and customer service. We didn’t plan on getting one of the heartbeat plush when we arrived but after hearing our little one’s heartbeat my husband decided he did, in fact, want one and she went back and recorded the heartbeat to put inside of it, this was something she didn’t have to do and could had easily denied since he asked with only a couple minutes left but she was extremely patient and did it with enthusiasm. My baby was trying to hide and the woman doing my ultrasound went above and beyond to, not only make sure we got a couple pictures of her precious little face, but she also confirmed that baby was a girl (the ultrasound tech at my doctors office had said she couldn’t get a good enough look to confirm that she was a girl). When we arrived for at our rescheduled appointment there was a couple leaving but other than that there was nobody else there or in the lobby so it was an extremely peaceful experience. Their lobby is the cutest too! We had scheduled this and ended up getting stuck in traffic on the way, and ended up having to call and cancel, the lady who answered was extremely tolerant even though it was hours past our appointment time, she rescheduled our appointment without any hesitation. I played phone tag with them for hours then finally got ahold of Haley who said I could not do any special packages.I definitely recommend this place, their staff are extremely understand and welcoming. ONCE AGAIN- I reached out to them to make sure that I could still do the January special and ask a question. The lady NEVER said I needed to pay in full or the $25 deposit right then and once again NO ONE called to let me know this was an issue. I had to REACH out to them to find out that they were no longer doing the 4D New Year Special that I booked but I could do the January special. I made an appointment online for the 4D New Year Special and was given no pricing with booking the appointment. UPDATE: They made it right and Shaina called me!! I am grateful they took the time out to hear my concern! Thanks!! The WORST at communication- I have sent TWO contact by emails 1/31 and 2/5 asking to be contacted. I only hope that our misfortune prevents another couple from going through the same thing in the future. It is unfortunate that this business could care less about completely ruining the moment that we had looked forward to for so long. My wife and I will never be able to share the moment that we had planned with our family. We understand that mistakes happen, but we also know that mistakes have consequences. ![]() It has been more than 48 hours and we still have not heard from the owner. Shari later indicated during the call that she would pass along a message to the owner and that we should expect a phone call from her. Shari called us later in the evening and stated that the owner had told her that she had made an “honest” mistake and that she would reach out to us only if we wanted her to. We expressed our disappointment to her and she stated that she would let the owner know what happened and see what could be done. We reminded her that we did not want to know and she immediately acknowledged her mistake and apologized. During the ultrasound (only a few minutes later), Shari pr oceeded to reveal the gender. Shari acknowledged our request and stated that she would place the gender in an envelope for us. We let her know that we did not want to know the gender at that time and that we planned on a reveal with our family immediately after the ultrasound. After filling out the required paperwork, the ultrasound tech Shari asked if we wanted to find out the gender or to keep it a secret. My wife & I went for an ultrasound on December 5, 2020. ![]()
